All house plans will be drawn to 1/8" scale and printed on 11x17 paper. A CD
disc with PDF files can be provided so you will be able to make additional copies
as needed. The drawings will consist of the following sheets (Click plan name for
example in pdf format):
Site Plan (Residential)—Shows building(s) with dimensions and basic footages.
Floor Plans (Residential)—All framing dimensions, all door and window sizes,
room call outs, room square footages, kitchen and bath layouts.
Foundation Plan (Residential)—All framing dimensions, floor joist call outs and
all required support locations. Supporting members to be engineered, and
approved by the builder.
Elevations (Residential) —All four sides of house with standard exterior call
outs for siding, stone, brick, etc.
Electrical plans (Residential) —Showing locations of all lights, switches,
outlets, smoke detectors, fans, etc.
Roof Plan (Residential)—Showing all roof slope call outs and overhang
dimensions.
Cross Section (Residential)—View through entire house showing floor heights,
wall construction, roof construction, etc.

We do Not charge for attached garages, covered porches, or any area that is Not living area.
Because renovation/re-modeling/commercial work may require more details, these will be priced
